Positively Acoustic! Positively Acoustic! is a singer-songwriter series developed by Chicago singer-songwriter Valencia Bey in response to requests for an all ages, family friendly show. Positively Acoustic! intends to promote great music by great musicians. Songwriters agree to perform songs with positive or inspirational themes. Performances begin earlier in the evening to accomodate families and are booked in all-ages venues so the whole family can enjoy the experience. Randall’s songs range from ballads like “Songbird,” a quiet tribute to Eva Cassidy, or the edgy “Mary,” with its strong right hand guitar percussion. In addition to his own songs, Randall plays and sings several hundred others in English as well as in French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Estonian, and Japanese.
